Māui's Taonga Tales is a web series and book.

Te Papa Kaituhi Māori Ranea Aperahama (pictured here with David at the book launch) was crucial to the success of the series. He played a critical role in its development and production - we couldn't have done it without him.

Te Papa Press published two books based on the web series: one in Māori, one in English. The book made the Storylines Notable Books List 2020, and received Highly Commended at the 2020 MAPDA Awards.
